Er. Vishnu Saran was awarded his
Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Mechanical
Engineering from Kurukshetra University in 1971.
Thereafter, he served the Government of Uttar Pradesh
for several years. He was the Director of Boilers, UP.
His wide-ranging personal and professional contacts in
numerous industries are a boon to MIET students for
