Department of Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering

The Department of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (E&IE) is an interdisciplinary branch of Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical and Computer Engineering.

The course of E&IE emphasizes the analysis, design and implementation of precise instrumentation and adequate control engineering, which are central and essential to virtually every scientific and engineering discipline, particularly where the systems or plants are completely an automated and an intelligent. The goal of these instrumentation systems and controls helps to enhance the system stability, productivity, reliability, and safety and optimization. Besides, the course leads to the young minds to become an innovator.

The E&I engineers are eligible to work with professional and human ethics in many Govt R&D organizations, such as DRDO, ISRO and CSIR laboratories, and other private R&D private organization, process or chemical industries, embedded system industries, manufacturing plants, and so on. The E&IE also gives opportunity to the young minds to be entrepreneurs.
