EDUSAT STUDIO
With the launching of distant education technology
channel through INSAT 3C satellite, the country
has made a significant break through in the dissemination
of technical education programmes at the higher
level. MIET is the first engineering college in
the state to have down linking facility for viewing
this 24 hrs. channel. It has set up a well equipped
EDUSAT STUDIO with CD recording facility. A class
of 60 students can use it at a time. The live lecture
telecast in all streams of engineering and technology
is provided by the faculty of IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi,
IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras
and IIT Roorkee.
